Hvilke oplysninger behandles — og hvorfor?
Når du udfylder kontaktformularen, behandles navn, virksomhed, arbejdse-mail, eventuelt telefonnummer, valgt ydelse og din besked. Oplysningerne bruges til at besvare henvendelsen og følge op på en eventuel dialog.
Formularen bruger en teknisk session og et sikkerhedstoken til at beskytte indsendelsen. For at begrænse misbrug registrerer løsningen også tidspunkter for indsendelser under en nøgle afledt af IP-adressen.
Hvordan håndteres oplysningerne?
Kontaktformularen behandles af hjemmesidens egen serverløsning, som sender henvendelsen via e-mail. Hosting- og mailudbydere indgår derfor i den tekniske behandling. Simply Secured sælger ikke dine oplysninger til tredjeparter.
Hvor længe gemmes oplysningerne?
Henvendelser gemmes i op til 24 måneder. Hvis der indgås et samarbejde, opbevares relevante oplysninger, så længe samarbejdet kræver det, herunder i overensstemmelse med bl.a. bogføringsloven.
Dine rettigheder
Du kan til enhver tid bede om indsigt i, rettelse af eller sletning af dine oplysninger. Du kan også gøre indsigelse mod behandlingen. Kontakt Simply Secured via formularen eller e-mail. Du får svar inden for 30 dage.
Du har desuden ret til at klage til Datatilsynet, hvis du mener, at dine oplysninger behandles forkert.
Cookies og tekniske tjenester
Kontaktformularens sikkerhed bruger en PHP-session, som kan sætte en sessionscookie, når formularen indlæses. Sprogvalget håndteres via URL-parameteren ?lang= og browserens foretrukne sprog.
Hjemmesiden bruger ikke analyseværktøjer eller tracking-pixels. Skrifttyper hentes fra Google Fonts, og blogindlæg hentes gennem et eksternt feed-endpoint. Disse forbindelser indebærer tekniske forespørgsler til de pågældende tjenester, herunder overførsel af IP-adressen.

Hjemmesiden indeholder links til eksterne sider, herunder LinkedIn og sikker.nu. Når du følger disse links, gælder tjenesternes egne cookie- og privatlivspolitikker. Simply Secured er ikke ansvarlig for indholdet på eller privatlivspraksisserne hos disse tjenester.

What information is processed — and why?
When you complete the contact form, your name, company, work email, optional phone number, selected service and message are processed. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and follow up on any subsequent dialogue.
The form uses a technical session and a security token to protect submissions. To limit abuse, the system also records submission timestamps under a key derived from the IP address.
How is information handled?
The contact form is processed by the website’s own server application, which sends the enquiry by email. Hosting and email providers therefore take part in the technical processing. Simply Secured does not sell your information to third parties.
How long is information retained?
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. If a working relationship is established, relevant information is retained for as long as the relationship requires, including in accordance with applicable bookkeeping legislation.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information at any time. You may also object to its processing. Contact Simply Secured through the form or by email. You will receive a response within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe your information is being handled incorrectly.
Cookies and technical services
The contact form’s security uses a PHP session, which may set a session cookie when the form loads. Language selection is handled through the ?lang= URL parameter and your browser’s preferred language.
The website does not use analytics tools or tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and blog posts are retrieved through an external feed endpoint. These connections involve technical requests to the respective services, including transmission of the IP address.
Links to third parties
The website contains links to external sites, including LinkedIn and sikker.nu. When you follow these links, the services’ own cookie and privacy policies apply. Simply Secured is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services.
Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when there are significant changes to data processing or changes in legislation. The current version is always available on this page.
